7 Weeks Out (My body building blog journey (March 11th 2021

A quick update on my progress for you all๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ‘‰ I am now 7 weeks out from show #1 Wings of Stength, Valley Of The Championships ๐Ÿ†

๐Ÿ‘‰ Holding steady and building muscle. My training is getting longer, I’m eating more and taking more aminos, sleeping more for recovery ๐Ÿ‘
๐Ÿ‘‰This week I am working really hard on my posing routine and spending more time flexing because the more you flex the harder you get!
๐Ÿ‘‰I’m still not starting my cardio yet, I lose muscle real quickly when I start doing cardio but I do miss my trail running๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ
๐Ÿ‘‰ Not working on leaning out just yet, waiting for a couple more weeks before I start leaning out, just focusing on building strength and muscle, bringing up some lagging muscle groups๐Ÿ‘
I am super excited! ๐Ÿคฉ I feel amazing, I absolutely love a challenging the harder the challenges is the more I thrive, I thrive on challenges!!!๐Ÿ’ช
