I am 9 weeks out today from show #1 Wings of Strength
Striations are beginning to develop in the shoulders, increased vascularity is starting to appear in the shoulders and upper thighs.
This week’s plan is just to lift and eat and next week I begin my cardioπ
Still working on my lagging muscle groups and later this week I will break it all down for allπ
Chose a goal, then attack that goal with every bit of energy, focus, and determination that you have! YOU have to go after what you want!! This can be the beginning of anything that you want DREAM HUGE π
