If you can identify "WHY" you want to get fit and healthy (your body, mind and emotions), your deepest desires, you can tap into that desire if you feel yourself slacking at times. It's so important to discover and identify your "WHY''
We all have different reasons behind our ‘WHY”
The “WHY” is what makes us want to change in the first place, the driven force behind our decision and it’s different for everyone.
Is it to:
1. Feel confident?
2. Feel better physically and mentally?
3,. Attract a partner in life?
4. Increase your self esteem?
5. Get off medication?
6. Have the energy to have fun with your family
7. Enjoy outdoor activities more
8. Decrease illness and increase your quality of life?
9. Help with depression and/or anxiety
10. Decrease menopausal symptoms.
11. Help stabilize your moods
12. Or just all around make yourself feel better with your body and emotions
13. Look good naked lol
Discover your “WHY”, do some soul searching, it will be key to keeping yourself on track. And when you feel yourself start to slack, go back and meditate on that "why"👍
