Officially 40 days out🤩

Happy Monday my friends❤


Wow, time is flying so fast 😮

today I am 6 weeks out (40 days till my show 😍 and loving my prep!🤩 A couple of progress pics from yesterday.


👉3 days difference with no cardio, just dialing in with my meals, manipulating my carbs and feeling AMAZING!





I am still NOT doing any cardio yet, just leaning out very slowly, trying to keep my skin as tight as possible!!!👍


Today I'll be training lower body, and this week I'll be starting 2 workouts a day, morning and evening. Morning training will be my regular training and evening training will be for my lagging muscle groups 👍 also a lot of posing and flexing this week and working on my routine.


Fueling my body with only the healthiest of foods, flooding my system with a gallon of water a day.

Your body is your servant, Your mind is the MASTER. Don't switch those two. When we CONTROL our mind, our body will follow, MASTER that my friends and YOU will be totally UNSTOPPABLE! 🤩
