Our body will reflect our choice of foods and training methods. If we're not leaning out, getting stronger, then we need to readjust both. And yes you can still stay in amazing shape training at home during this Coronavirus quarantine.
Let's look at our body frequntly, check to see if we're retaining water, do the pinch test for excess body fat, notice if certain foods cause us to bloat, make us sluggish.......let's learn our body.
