Prep Update, feeling STRONG 💪

Here's a quick prep update 🤩

Last Sunday, mandatory poses posing practice, 1 hour

Yesterday, Wednesday, posing routine practice to music, 2 hours

Today, mandatory poses posing practice, 1 hour, then a 2 hour lower body training session

This Sunday, a mock bodybuilding show at the Theater, 3 hours

Getting close to stage time and soooo INCREDIBLY excited!! 6 1/2 weeks out🤩💪🤩

No cardio yet, waiting for 2 more weeks to implement cardio, and then a lot of changes are going to happen. Holding steady for now. I don't want to lean out too quickly and sacrifice muscle. And I'm having a blast!!!🤩 I feel amazing.
