Time Management

Good morning my friends! I wanted to talk about time management really quick😀


This is a little long, Feel free to read it whenever you have time if you have a difficulty managing your time😀hey I just made a rhyme 😍


Time management Is So Important If You Want To Reach An Incredible Goal.


Here’s my weekly schedule and it is ruthless. If I didn’t practice time management, I would never be able to fit everything in that I do.


Here we go……………


👉Sunday: 2 hours strength training, 1 hour posing class, consume 7 meals, meal prep, post encouraging messages on Social Media as my way of “Giving Back”. Write all of my workout for the upcoming week (sets, reps, tempo rest periods, ext)


👉Monday: Up at 4:am, 2 hours computer work (online clients programs, check in’s, weigh in’s and meal plans) 2 hours strength training, Video ZOOM clients all afternoon for virtual training. consume 7 meals, post encouraging messages on Social Media as my way of “Giving Back”


👉Tuesday: Rest day from Gym, Computer work all morning, In person clients at the studio all afternoon, consume 7 meals, post encouraging messages on Social Media as my way of “Giving Back”


👉Wednesday: up at 4:00 a.m., 2 hours computer work (online clients programs, check in’s and meal plans) 2 hours strength training at the gym, Video ZOOM clients all afternoon for virtual training. Consume 7 meals and meal prep again, post encouraging messages on Social Media as my way of “Giving Back”

👉Thursday: 2 hours strength training, 1 hour posing class, clients all afternoon at the studio for in person training, post encouraging messages on Social Media as my way of “Giving Back”. Consume 7 meals


👉Friday: Morning computer work for all of my online clients, afternoon at the studio for my in person private client, strength training at the gym in the evening, post encouraging messages on Social Media as my way of “Giving Back”. Consume 7 meals


👉Saturday: 2 hour strength training, post encouraging messages on Social Media as my way of “Giving Back” domestic work Consume 7 meals. Finish up writing meals plans and training programs for my online clients

👉I also need to fit in my “One Hour Video Consultations”, return my emails from my inquiries, schedule appointments, return private face book messages, run my business, clean my studio, Video, film and edit all the workouts for my clients


👉Here’s my Strength Training schedule:


💪Monday: 2 Hours, Lower Body Day and core

💪Tuesday: Gym Rest Day

💪Wednesday: 2 Hours, Back Day, core and calves, and lagging muscle groups

💪Thursday: One private posing class, 2 hours lower body strength training

☺Friday: Two Hours, Chest day, calves

☺Saturday: Two hours, Shoulders and core, and lagging muscle groups

💪Sunday: One hour posing class, Bices and triceps, calves


👉I also post throughout the day messages for my clients in our private face book group “Kimmie’s Athletes”


👉And return all of my clients messages daily, we all communicate frequently throughout the day.


👉And today we are adding a 3 hour Theater Posing (Mock Show) to my schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. today at a theatre in Scottsdale


👉And then of course, flexing daily and working on my body building and physique routine as I am competing in both divisions.


Meal prep: Sunday and Wednesday evenings👩‍🍳


❤Wake up time 4:00 am, Bedtime time 8:30 p.m.


I also have 3 different gym memberships depending on which side of town and which training equipment I need for that particular day I'm on plus my private training studio.


There you have it. I could never do this without amazing “Time Management”.


Manage your time if you have a lot on your plate. Write out a schedule, It will make your goals a reality and your life so much more manageable😍😍😍


I'm training for 3 shows in a row, in 2 separate division ( Both women's bodybuilding and women's physique) and need to manage every minute of my day so that I am very productive👍


And remember, Idle hands are the devil's playground👍 We were meant to grind!!!
