Time Management

👉 Holding steady and building muscle. My training is getting longer, I’m eating more and taking more aminos, sleeping more for recovery 👍 I’m in the middle of prep.
👉This week I am working really hard on my posing routine and spending more time flexing because the more you flex the harder you get!
👉I’m still not starting my cardio yet, I lose muscle real quickly when I start doing cardio but I do miss my trail running🚶‍♀️
👉 Not working on leaning out just yet, waiting for a couple more weeks before I start leaning out, just focusing on building strength and muscle, bringing up some lagging muscle groups👍
I am super excited! 🤩 I feel amazing, I absolutely love a challenging the harder the challenges is the more I thrive, I thrive on challenges!!!💪
